Applause to my tik tok reference wooooooo.... Lol Anyways new episode! Welcome back to the retrospect podcast featuring me! Mwah. I talk about with my little experience of health, about health. I have always been more or less healthy and active but there is aLWAYs room for improvement! These past two years I have gone super micro and have examined the ways I could improve my health on the daily. That includes cutting out unnecessary foods, incorporating anti-inflammatory and immune supporting foods, figuring out what exercises work for me, sleep, and so on. Health is SO much more beyond the way you look... I hate how the mainstream media represents "health". It's about feeling energized, refreshed, light, focused, and ALIVE. Our default is to feel good and alert as humans. You have no idea how much your physical habits affect your mental state as well. Its a huge cycle. This episode covers my daily healthy habits from morning to night. Anything from shots of cranberry juice to freezing cold showers to my motivator for working out.This may not be your cup of tea, its a super chill episode but if you want to learn about/ improve/ get inspiration for your health, I highly recommend.
