About Fay -
Fay Zenoff, MBA is a nationally respected addiction recovery strategist, advocate and professional life coach whose views, personal experiences and work have been the subject of numerous articles and interviews, including in The New York Times, Bloomberg Business Week, NPR, WebMD and more. She recently served as a VP of Partnerships at Workit Health (a venture-backed start-up delivering addiction treatment and mental health care via telemedicine), and prior to that Fay led a nonprofit based in San Francisco focused on ending the stigma of addiction.
Fay has been a frequent speaker at conferences, led webinars during the pandemic, served as an educator for CIGNA's Substance Use Series; a panelist at a UCSF Medical School Addiction Education Series; and the Keynote speaker at the California Society of Addiction Medicine Conference. She is a recipient of Constellation Behavioral Health's Courage Award for her work in the addiction recovery field.
Over the course of her 25+ year career, Fay has worked in both the private and public sectors. Fay earned her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Fay is the mother of two adult daughters. She resides in California with her wife where they enjoy hiking and spending time with their rescue dog, Nilla. Fay has been in recovery from a substance use disorder, since 2007.
