When do you make a checklist? I just read the book The Checklist Manifesto by Atul Gawande, as it relates to my property management business we have a checklists for the different scenarios when having a new tenant and there are checklists for when the tenant moves out. Basically, if we do something more than once we make a checklist, it helps the tenant and the landlord.
