Shouldn't we have high school kids actually shadow people in the career that they are looking to study in college and see if they really are interested in it? I would not have picked engineering in comparison to real estate investing if I had that opportunity, with real estate investing I can go work on my car whenever I want too. Do you think that we will be the generation that will push college like the one before us or do you think we won't push it?
