Jonah disobey God's commandment and went his own way. Jonah didn't get too far before god discipline showed up while Jonah was asleep on a boat. Soon he was thrown overboard and in the belly of a big fish for 3 days. Jonah prayed, God forgave and Jonah obeyed and did as God said, and the people repented and God spared the destruction of their land.
