Dave McPartlin is the Head Teacher at Flakefleet Primary School in Fleetwood, England. He is passionate about providing experiences for his students that allow them to dare to dream of what is possible for them in the world. His willingness to create these experiences led his students to compete for Christmas #1 and to receive a golden buzzer during a successful run on Britain's Got Talent! Dave talks about what helps create the culture where dreaming becomes action, and then becomes reality.
