In Jan 2024, for the 31 days I shared a daily video on YouTube. 31 days of gratitude.
I started with great enthusiasm and naivety. I wanted to ensure I was starting my year strong and share that goodness with a small group. Like most Januarys I knew it would be grey and I would have to dig deep. What I did not forsee on the 1st was a breakup and heartache and go on to share that with everyone. Lots of shame and vulnerabilities to the fore but so many learnings throughout the month.
This episode shares the many things I was grateful for and lessons from love ( self-love).
