In this episode my childhood friend, Gannon Ruckman and I discuss an introductory segment for my first podcast. My purpose of this podcast is to gather ideas, recommendations, and feedback. I want to be a football coach in the near future. In this episode we discuss my initial idea, YAP. The motto is “Knowingly more equipped/better than yesterday”. YAP is the shorter version and stands for yards after play. You have to fight to be better than yesterday. My goal of this episode is to discuss three qualities I want every player on my team to have: Leadership, Accountability, and Trust
