In this episode, Gannon and Bryce interview another 815 guy. A guy from our community who deserves all the praise in the world, Xzaveon Segner aka Zay. He is the quarterback of the Freeport Pretzels football team in Freeport, Illinois. His head coach is a former special guest of ours, Anthony Dedmond. Within this interview we get inside access into the 1 v 1 relationship between head coach and quarterback. We also take a look into what shaped Zay into the quarterback he is today, role models growing up, what his plans are for the future, what it takes to be a great player and person, and some fun facts of who he is individually. Ultimately, throughout his Sophomore year (6-game season due to COVID-19) Zay produced a stat line of 247 passing yards and 4 TD's. Now, in the present day as a Junior, Zay has already almost doubled his passing yards being at 410 passing yards, equaled his passing touchdowns at 4 TD's, and has also tacked on 5 rushing TD's.
