We have been working insanely hard on producing this project to allow men an outlet to better understand their individual mental health. This trailer is simply the beginning to a 7-part series that will follow. Your mental health is what allows you to fully live in the present, without it you are simply going with the motions. This project will allow you to gain a better understanding of how to be vulnerable, open up, and reach out for help. It starts with making that decision for yourself...
