Monique Wingard is a multimedia journalist, covering civic technology, and a consultant helping large and small businesses understand digital media and how to use it effectively.
Her service-driven career began in Ohio where she obtained her M.A. from Scripps College of Communication and her M.S.S.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
Throughout her journey, Monique has worked for organizations in both public affairs and media including The Ohio House of Representatives, The Ohio Senate, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, WOUB, UMI, 1871, The Chicago Defender, WTTW/WFMT, Blavity, Inc., McDonald's Corporation, and the Washington, D.C. Bureau of Tribune Broadcasting.
