1. Have logistial support so you can focus on connecting with your guests.

2. Be event ready before the first guest arrives.

3. Have someone in charge of speakers, talent or entertainment.

4. Ensure the people working your registration desk are welcoming and social plus have your registration data organized.

5. Help attendees navigate your event venue

6. Engagement is key

7. Capture the experience through video and photos.

8. Collect attendee feedback during the event.

9. Close out the event as a group

10. The event does not end until people stop talking about it. Repurpose event content to use in marketing and social.
