The rumours are true, not only do I know the Willy Wonka of the culinary world, but he's also adding his name to the list of duuuuude guests. If you ever find yourself in the Okanagan Valley of BC, please make sure you go visit my friend @jamescheffypoo at Salt & Thieves or Salt & Brick where 7/11 classics are married to casual fine dining (we're talking Pop Tart ice cream sandwiches, Big Mac pizza, lobster hot dogs, Doritos mac & cheese...).
James, lovingly known to most by Cheffypoo, didn't get into cooking until late in the game and has been working hard in the industry ever since. His "I'll do what I want" attitude will just make you love him more, and we hope inspire you to not care what others think of you or your passions, because he's living proof that chasing down those dreams can lead to some pretty cool places!
