Dan LaFave is an Air Force veteran and a high school teacher. Dan’s paranormal exploration began over 35 years ago when he and other Air Force Security Police members encountered a very strange experience one night with a ghostly woman while working inside an Air Force Top Secret facility. Dan’s compelling paranormal experience was featured in the 2nd season premiere of the television show Paranormal 911 on the Travel Channel television network in April 2020. He, his wife Connie, and their historic circa 1886 building (the Olde Park Hotel located in Ballinger, Texas) have also been featured in two episodes of the television show Fright Club with Jack Osbourne and the Ghost Brothers on DiscoveryPlus/Travel Channel. Dan and his wife Connie have also been featured on the television show ‘Death Walker’ with Nick Groff on DiscoveryPlusUK, FilmRise, Peacock, and other tv networks. Dan has written 4 books on the paranormal and the Olde Park (found on Barnes & Noble & Amazon), and he has explored the paranormal all over for several decades. He has been a lead investigator before on 4 paranormal teams including being the founder of Graveyard Shift Paranormal Investigations which he formed with his wife Connie in 2008, but the team later disbanded in 2013. He loves discussing and sharing things now about their very haunted historic building and the paranormal.
