In this episode I simplify the practice of Parikarmas for purification of the mind. The Parikarmas are to be practised internally & they are:
- Maitri or Friendliness
- Karuna or Compassion
- Mudita or Feeling joy in other people's Joy
- Upeksha or Indifference/Even Mindedness
Have an open mind towards what's coming your way knowing that seeding the thought and becoming aware is the first step towards imbibing something.
