In This week’s Mind ReMapping Moment, we talk about Re-examining our thought habits for flaws. When you find that there is resistance letting go of a negative thought habit you should ask yourself what you are benefiting from holding on to the resistance. 

Deconstructing the negative belief:

- Breakdown the components of why you have the belief in the first place.

- You can disapprove the theory of the negative belief by finding a time when you were able to do almost a similar thing to that particular belief or situation. 

- How were you feeling when you did, that which you think you can't do.

- Who do you know that has that skill? Who could you learn from that skill?

Always question your life to see how you can create infinite possibilities.
