In This week’s Mind ReMapping Moment, we talk about Going beyond the boundaries for your breakthrough. Going beyond your boundaries for your transformation is just going past your old beliefs and past limits to get your breakthrough.

For instance the Paralympics is a great example of how someone broke the limit that impaired people can’t compete on the Olympic level.

There are huddles in life but our perception of viewing the challenges is what will help us go around the problem and what lengths we can go to find solutions.

When we are learning something new, we are forming new neurological connections and learning isn’t easy.

One of the things that limits us is our inner voice(critic), these are our perceived limitations of who we are and who we aren’t.

Going beyond our boundaries is going beyond the discomfort and practicing it, and it’s helpful to have mentors, guides, sponsors, community and those who model what you are going after who help you through the journey.

Once we dismantle the resistance we become free and it becomes easier to go through the discomfort.

We need to be uncomfortable to shift the inequities of our world and the dominance culture system. Breakthroughs ain’t always pretty or comfortable for a while but once you get past that it’s comfortable.
