In This week’s Mind ReMapping Moment, we talk about getting out of your head and assessing your internal state. Getting to your present internal state and I am going to get through 3 different inventory; physiological, emotional and sensory. 

  - Become aware of your physiological inventory, what is your body saying, your body muscles, the temperature? 

  - Become aware of your sensory inventory, what picture is in your mind, what are you seeing?

  - Become of your emotional inventory, what are you feeling right now?

Take note of those three things through the day. Listen in and learn.
