Reframing is basically loosening the grip of unhealthy belief pattern and giving a new perspective on the view, giving someone another view.

Reframing is used to change thinking in the unconscious level.

Types of Reframes I'd like to share:

- Context Reframe; It's when someone says something and you change the context in probably a positive way.

- Content Reframe; It's changing the meaning of a situation
