The horror remake train keeps chugging as David Bruckner takes a crack at Clive Barker's HELLRAISER! This version diverts from the 1987 film as it follows a woman (Odessa A'zion) who stumbles across a puzzle box while looting an eccentric (and sadistic) billionaire's secret stash. Little does she know that each step of solving the puzzle summons extra-dimensional heralds of hell who only crave the extremes of experience...mostly pain. Actually, I don't think they want anything other than some sort of pain. Except maybe the guy whose face is sliced off sans teeth. That guy seems like he likes to party.
