After getting lost on a hike followed by a hospital visit, Sky could see that some extremes in his behavior were jeopardizing his physical and mental health. As he recovered, he considered why he was always pushing himself so hard to “be better” - in his music career, his meditation practice…really, in all areas of his life. His quest led him to a more esoteric approach to interacting with life: synchronicity.
