Although Lita Khatibi Vallis did not have a chronic illness or major issue plaguing her (or so she thought), her curiosity led her to respond to the Call of the Toad—a two year process. Aided by sound bowls, a bucket and a “toad bong” (don’t Google that!), she was magically transported back to 1989, to the day her sister died. Lita shares the story of her healing journey to unlock her long-held grief, and to find what was on the other side. Tune in as she dispels misconceptions about this form of naturally-occurring medicine, and hear why she gets excited about crying and tears now.
