Jada and I discuss her series of unfortunate events that led her from a broken and abusive marriage to being homeless with her daughter due to a failed court system. She is truly transparent when she shares the details of that, as well as her journey to staying safe, and sane while trying to be strong for her daughter’s sake. Finally, we discuss how her experience led her to start Transitioning Queens, which is a not-for-profit organization that provides transitional housing and rehabilitative services for mothers!
