EVENING EXERCISE DAY 17
This evening I’ll guide you in a meditation that introduces the Course lesson that inside each of us God placed a little spark of light. As we become more aware of the light within us, that light grows bigger and stronger. As it grows we begin to detach from our ego’s projection of the body and awaken to our true light within. Let’s begin the process by reigniting your light!

SPARK OF LIGHT MEDITATION
Result For Day 17
A funny thing happened to me tonight while I was doing this meditation. I had a warm feeling come over me. I seen the light and I watched as it grow bigger and bigger and once it was so bright that I thought that someone came in and turned a light on that was when this warm feeling came over me.
Something like this has happened to me before. I was at an appointment with my Reiki healer and I seen a bright light as she was doing her work. When the session was over she told me that a water fountain that has a red light started to shine really bright and then would dim down again. I told her what had happen to me during our session and the next thing we seen was this fountain and its red lights light up brightly and them go back out.
I know that everyone and everything gives off energy (this had been scientifically proven). And I find that when I meditate it does effect the energy around me.
I know for many people body image and the things that we do to our bodies is going to be a struggle to over come. If that is the case I would like you to keep coming back to this week and heal your hurt when it comes to your body issues.
Let’s see what tomorrow will bring.
