MORNING REFLECTION DAY 22
Get comfortable in your meditation space. Read the passage that follow out loud to yourself and then take a deep breath in and release. Sit in stillness for one minute to let the words set in.
Today, I commit to witnessing my ego’s false perceptions of others. I invite my inner guide to help me see how I have wrongly judged others. I will become aware of how I’ve compared myself to others, attacked, and made people more special and separate than me. I will be the witness to my ego’s false beliefs and I welcome the process of undoing this behavior.
AFFIRMATION DAY 22
TODAY I AM THE WITNESS TO MY EGO’S FALSE PRECEPTIONS OF OTHERS.
Once again let’s reaffirm your goal: to witness your ego’s misperceptions. Today’s practice is to witness how you judge, attack, compare, and make others more special or less special. Each time you witness these behaviors, you can use your affirmation and bring your negativity to your -ing for healing. Witnessing your ego in action is the first step toward bringing the false projections to your -ing for healing.
At this point in your practice, you no longer need to use your alarm as a reminder to say your affirmation (though you can if you choose). Your miracle mind set is on , so you’re ready to practice becoming mindful of your thoughts towards others. Each time you catch your ego judging, attacking, making special idols, and disconnecting from oneness, simply say your affirmation: “Today I am the witness to my ego’s false perceptions of others.”
