Our goal for today is to create powerful shifts in your dedication to the work. Therefore, let’s begin with a morning passage that will set you up to win for the day. Get comfortable in your meditation space as read the following passage out loud. Then set in one minute of stillness and allow your inner guide to come forward.
Inner Guide, I call on you for help. I know I have chosen separation over oneness and fear over love, For today, I choose to see everyone as equal and release my fears to your care. I wholeheartedly welcome your guidance. I ask that you teach me to perceive everyone as equal, and to see everyone as love. Teach me love through every holy encounter.
AFFIRMATION DAY 23
INNER GUIDE, I ASK THAT YOU HELP ME SEE EVERYONE AS EQUAL.
You’ll use today’s affirmation frequently throughout the day. Each encounter you have with another person offers you an opportunity to invite your -ing’s perception to come forward. Rather than let your ego meddle in your encounters, say your affirmation and invite your -ing in from the get-go.
Each time you ask your -ing to help you see oneness over separation, you’re choosing your -ing’s vision instead of your ego’s. The more you call on love, the more love you will see. The goal is to let your -ing replace your ego’s unholy relationship and restore your loving mind.
