MORNING REFLECTION DAY 33
Let’s begin this day’s work with a morning reflection that will ground you in the present moment. Sit comfortably in your meditation space and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale it through your mouth. Read the morning passage out loud and then sit in silence for one minute. Feel all the emotions that come forward from your commitment to this passage.
I forgive my financial history. Today I wipe away all my anger, resentment, and attach toward others and myself through the practice of forgiveness. Each choice I made in the past is exactly as it should be. Those choices guided me to this present moment. Today, Forgiveness is my guide. I accept, release, and forgive my past and center back into this present moment. I let go and welcome a new experience of money.
AFFIRMATION DAY 33
FORGIVENESS OFFERS ME EVERYTING I WANT
Today’s affirmation is straight from A Course in Miracles. The message, “Forgiveness offers me everything I want,” is the perfect reminder when it comes to releasing the ego’s financial perceptions. Our ego make us think we want a certain amount of money to make our troubles disappear, whereas what we really want is to be happy. The Course suggests, “Forgiveness is the key to happiness.” So if you’ve been seeking your happiness in a certain amount of money, let's work on shifting that perspective today.
Throughout the day, use this affirmation as a reminder that you’re right where you need to be. Each moment leading up to this point has offered you opportunities to learn and grow. Today is a day for true release of those past experiences so that you can embrace a new reality and feel fulfilled by your inner state of peace. Now let’s fill up your love bank and throw down the F word.
