Morning Reflection Day 5
We begin this day by releasing self-hatred and self-attack through the practice of forgiveness. Let’s begin the process of changing your inner dialogue towards yourself. If you’ve someone who loves to beat yourself up, diminish your accomplishments. Or judge yourself for every action, then this step is for you! Get comfortable in your meditation space and read the following passage. Then sit in one minute of stillness and let the release of forgiveness come over you.
Today I let myself off the hook. I look upon my life’s experience with a loving eye. I forgive myself for all my fearful thoughts and actions. I know that when let go of my anger and self-attack I will recalibrate my loving presence within. I forgive myself and clear space for loving guidance to set in. Today, self-forgiveness is my primary function.
Affirmation Day 5
I FORGIVE MYSELF FOR CHOOSING FEAR. TODAY I CHOOSE LOVE INSTEAD.
Today’s affirmation reiterates your willingness to forgive yourself. We can sometimes be hard on ourselves for having chosen fear for so long, but the truth is, we often didn’t know any better. Now that you’ve committed to the way of love, you’ll learn to forgive yourself for choosing fear — and begin to choose love instead.
Before you head out the door, make sure to set your midday Miracle Moment to remind you to recite today’s affirmation. I forgive myself for choosing fear. today I choose love instead.
