Getting your sleep into place. The trick is. Drink super strong.☕️🍵 As early in the morning as you feel awake. Find some good busy work to sit down and keep the mind going. Crash and scroll as much as possible. Nap when you can’t take it. The drink you have will help control sleep time to no more than 2 and a half hours. Eat a healthy meal. Lots of veg and protein. Snack and eat through out the day. Stay up later. Work and or scroll. When it’s past 10:30 or so. Really bed time @11 to give you more awake time. Then you will sleep longer. Sigh. Time to take it all in and dream.
