This  week Ryan and Tyler go into part 2 of the Q&A from last weeks episode. This is the fourth Q&A that has been done and we must say, these types of episodes are by far one of our favorites to record. Questions for this week are:

Q1 - How many meals a day should?

Q2 - Do pill based supplements matter? Ex: vitamin D, calcium, ashwagaunda

Q3 - Should you eat the biggest meal of the day in the morning and scale down the rest of the day?

Q4 - During an exercise feeling a tweak/twinge within the knee, is it a form problem or a muscular based problem?
