Q1 - How many meals a day should?
Q2 - Do pill based supplements matter? Ex: vitamin D, calcium, ashwagaunda
Q3 - Should you eat the biggest meal of the day in the morning and scale down the rest of the day?
Q4 - During an exercise feeling a tweak/twinge within the knee, is it a form problem or a muscular based problem?
