In this episode we talk about binge eating and restriction and learning to find a happy, healthy medium. Often times we restrict ourselves so much in a high moment of momentum for losing weight but of course that's not maintainable....so we end up binging. We often find ourselves in this pendulum cycle (which people often call the yo-yo cycle....we explain the difference). Let's stop giving a f*** about restricting ourselves so much and stop this pendulum, shall we?
