Have you ever had someone say, "just accept it and move on," or "you need to just love your body the way it is and quit with these health goals?"

We're here to tell you that it's ok to still have goals!! Want abs or a bigger booty? Great, go for those goals. Just make sure you actually accept your body for the way it is first so you're doing it from an empowering state, not a state of lack. Also, when it comes to the personal side of this and relationship.....put those damn boundaries in place!
