Description

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and all month long we are normalizing and destigmatizing mental health issues, therapy and holistic care. The sad truth is that mental health is just not taken as seriously as it should be. As a member of the Black community, I am all too familiar with the ways in which these issues get written off, dismissed or simply not believed.

My aim is to interrupt the notion of "just get over it". We need to be addressing the issues that affect us and working through them to become stronger, more whole individuals able to better navigate this world.

Join me for a month long adventure with 5 mental health professionals as we dive into mental health.
