She was just recently celebrated as a Black Woman In Beverage by the James Beard Foundation and is just an all around DOPE woman. Why is PRESENCE Important?
PRESENCE is not only about what we embody and exude to others; it also speaks to our sense of personal, inward awareness. It means being awake and present in your body in each moment. Being present is important because it allows us to live life to its fullest - just as it's intended.
In this article 3 Ways To Develop A Powerful Presence With Others, the author says that "people who have presence have an inner radiance, since they are comfortable and content within themselves." I'll talk with Beny and Rashan about how they've been able to establish an outward PRESENCE in the world, while maintaining a sense of PRESENCE within.
