This is the first sermon in a new series following the theme within the Bible of God having His people "delivered from" slavery by passing through water and then sending His people into the wilderness that they might be "prepared" for what He wants them to be "delivered to."
This message will specifically focus on God using Moses to deliver the nation of Israel from slavery to Pharaoh and the Egyptians by crossing the Red Sea, then going through the wilderness to be prepared to enter the promised land. And now we can recognize that God has already, or desires to deliver us from the slavery of sin that wants to entrap and abuse us, so that we may be delivered to Him, our true father, and enter into the "promised land" He has for us.
