Moving forward to one of the two biggest areas (no pun intended) of my life I have struggled with for over forty years, my body size and shape.

Anyone who follows me on social media knows I am a huge advocate of eating more real food than anything else. But I won’t lie, I love a good meat lovers pizza and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. There needs to be a balance. We will talk about a healthy relationship with food after we talk about body image.
