Alex Nunley and I worked together at Nike Portland and at first, I wasn’t sure how to read him. He was a quiet guy but always got the work done and quickly so I admired that. Once he started opening up, he’s sarcastically funny and people gravitated towards him. He was a constant volunteer to go to elementary schools and help kids stay active and I joined him on one volunteering trip and he looked 100% in his realm. Once I started seeing his nature photography, I had to take a longer look and really absorb what I am seeing.
