Chris Avery takes a moment to reflect on the road traveled in this week’s Keoni Chats. Before becoming a cheerleader for the University of Oregon, Chris played football in California and thrived under the strict schedule of a student athlete. As he started out at the University of Oregon, he found himself missing that routine and structure and his studies showed it. Once he became a cheerleader, he was able to discover how important a routine is for him. After this chapter of his life ended, he had to discover the next physical challenge - bobsledding.
