Moving past discussing the unlikely chance of spot targetting fat loss, there is a deeper issue to address.

How easily fixated we can be on our flaws. This is something extremely close to my heart, as I struggled with this for multiple years when I was younger.

At 18 I developed an eating disorder from being so fixated on losing my stomach. It led me to require testosterone replacement therapy for 5 years to get back to normal function.

On today's episode, I discuss how to overcome this battle with our body. How to work toward fitness goals from a healthy place. And how to own wherever you are at.
