Admitting that you might need therapy is  the first step. I was never anti-therapy, I just never thought I needed  it. While Esther was out sick, I took this episode to talk about my  first therapy session (which wasn't good) and why I feel like I need  therapy. Take a listen, maybe you'll find yourself in my story.
