Josh Andrus is the Executive Director of Project Confederation, which is a subsidiary of the Alberta Institute, a right leaning libertarian think tank. Andrus is fourth-generation Albertan and a former protege of Kevin Avram, the founder of the Canadian Taxpayer Federation.
