Andrej is a Canadian lawyer. He has over a decade of public policy experience accumulated through various roles in the federal legislature and public service. He earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Ottawa, and holds graduate degrees in Political Science and Economic Policy. His academic studies focused on the perpetration of genocides, ethnic cleansings, war crimes, and processes by which society was acclimatized to perpetrate them.
