Everyone experiences stress in their life in some form, however, there still seems to be the insane societal expectations to "have your shit together" and "know what you're doing with your life". This week, Kirstyn and Taylor debunk those expectations and talk about different ways to cope with stress, how to identify stressful environments, thoughts, and experiences in your life, and share ways that have and have not worked for them in the past and today.
