Welcome Back to the second part of the Erie Bank Heist.  

Featured Beverage:

The Lake Erie

• 1 1/2 ounces blue Curaçao
• 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
• 1 splash pineapple juice
• 1 handful ice

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the blue Curaçao and coconut rum.
2. Using the back of a bar spoon, float a thin layer of pineapple juice on top.
