About Liberation

We are deeply connected to all of Life. Our liberation from oppressive systems of power includes our reclamation of the power in traditional ways of being—ways that preserve life and celebrate joy, intuition, pleasure, interconnectedness, and difference. Through somatic awareness and mindful relationships to Earth we can cultivate tools for sustainable wellbeing. The body is a system within our ecosystem, connected and complete. Wellness includes practices to connect our minds, bodies, spirits, and land. Our ancestral memory holds tools for us to cultivate greater balance in our relationships to ourselves and our communities of human and other-than-human life.
