WE ARE BACK!!!! It’s been a long two months, but we are excited to kick off season four with the one and only Dr. Leighann Rechtin!
Dr. Rechtin grew up in Northern Kentucky - where she attended Holy Cross for high school. Upon graduating she decided to stay a closer to home and attended Northern Kentucky University where she obtained 3 of her 4 degrees - her first Master’s Degree was from Xavier University.
She has spent many years making a difference in education as a professor at various colleges within the Greater Cincinnati Area. Currently, Dr. Rechtin serves as the Assistant Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at Ivy Tech Community College.
During this conversation, we take a deeper dive into Leighann’s story and how her journey has unfolded in the education world. Leighann is a truly remarkable human and loves people for their differences and who they are as a whoie.
