Born in Louisiana and adopted soon after, John McDermott moved to Taipei, Taiwan, during his high school years. A graduate of Taipei American School and Evangel University, John was able to travel extensively while overseas, which started a lifelong passion for exploring new countries and places. Currently, a truck driver based out of Missouri, John enjoys spending time with his two children and continues to travel and explore.
