We have to know that when anger is present there is so much more to the story. In Episode 89 our Therapist Krysten Blackshear takes us underneath the anger. We learn how to identify and give language to the real emotions we are feeling outside of anger and she also provides us with an exercise to go with it. Krysten briefly speaks about self-forgiveness and how it’s not as hard as we make it out to be. Lastly, as we close out this session on complex trauma with her providing us with a really good strategy on how to tackle working through multiple traumas. Pull out your notebook or journal and get ready to take some really good notes.
