In this episode I had a wonderful chat with the amazing human Natasha about her journey supporting her mum with mental health challenges. In 2017 Natasha's mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, she got support to recover and return to work. She developed Mental Health challenges and was discriminated against and dismissed, after 39 years of loyal service to her employer.
Natasha is now fighting hard to obtain justice for her mum and then millions of others who are discriminated against when they struggle with their mental health.
