What's your value? Do you know? How often do you advocate for it, or do an assessment of it? As they say, you can't fill from a empty cup, and you can't put your value in the hands of others for appraisal. It's something you have to do yourself. It has to come from you. Once you're clear on it, and you stand by it...you'll be amazed how it translates not only to business and work - but also to your relationships and even your physical and spiritual practices.
